The objective of our group training sessions are primarily to supplement the more complex and technique heavy training done in our semi private sessions. They are also great for a super affordable training option and as a starting point for your training. These sessions are held in a group scenario to keep the motivation levels high and the vibe a positive one. Group Training sessions are held on various mornings and evenings throughout the week, and are performed at a 1:16 coach to client ratio.
